Do you provide bilingual documentation for FDI clients?+

Yes — every BOQ, contract and construction drawing set is issued in both Vietnamese and English.

What does the warranty cover?+

A warranty of up to 24 months plus three scheduled maintenance visits in months 3, 6 and 9 after handover.

Do the per-m² rates include MEP and fire safety?+

The Standard (Grade B+) tier covers finishing plus lighting and small power. Coordinated MEP, HVAC and fire safety are separate packages — included from the FDI Grade A− tier — and quoted from actual drawings. Specialist works are executed by licensed partner contractors, while AIC remains General Contractor and QC: one point of responsibility.
