The story: from Nhân Việt to AIC

In 2016, the founding team started under the name Nhân Việt — taking on interior design and build work for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City. The early years were an apprenticeship served on real projects: learning to read international clients' drawings, preparing documentation rigorous enough to pass FDI clients' internal approval, and holding commitments when schedules got squeezed. In 2019, the company restructured as AIC (Architecture · Interior · Construction) — not to refresh a brand, but to redefine how it operates: investing in our own production workshop, standardising the BOQ process, and placing the General Contractor role with in-house quality control (QC) at the centre. Today AIC is still the same team that has worked together for nearly a decade — long enough to know that B2B reputation is not built on promises, but on delivering exactly what was signed, time after time.

A General Contractor with in-house QC: AIC acts as General Contractor (GC) and keeps the quality control (QC) team in-house — nothing is blindly handed off to subcontractors. MEP and fire safety (PCCC) are executed by licensed specialist partners, while AIC as General Contractor coordinates the work and holds QC acceptance and single-point responsibility.
Bilingual Vietnamese–English documentation: BOQs, contracts and technical documentation are prepared bilingually in Vietnamese and English, meeting the internal approval requirements of FDI clients and international corporations.
Warranty of up to 24 months + 3 maintenance visits: Every project carries a warranty of up to 24 months plus 3 scheduled maintenance visits in months 3, 6 and 9 — AIC checks in proactively instead of waiting for you to report a fault.
Handover date written into the contract: The schedule is set back from your move-in date and the handover milestone is written into the contract — joinery is pre-made at the workshop to hold the date.
