How much does a full townhouse interior cost per m²?

Reference range VND 3–6 million per m² of floor area depending on joinery ratio and finishes; multi-floor houses often get better value when joinery is produced as one batch. AIC quantifies from drawings and returns an itemised BOQ within 4 working hours.

Can you renovate floor by floor while we live in?

Yes — that's the usual approach. AIC works in phases per floor: the family consolidates on lower floors while upper floors are built, with temporary dust partitions and end-of-day cleaning.
