Modern villa interiors

Modern villas live or die by proportion and precision: few lines, but every line must be exact. With two in-house workshops, AIC controls the flatness, shadow gaps and joints that define this style.

What makes it different

Modern villa interiors — get it right from design

The modern style forgives no error: a 4–5m cabinet face reads instantly if it bows, a misaligned light cove breaks the whole line. The decisive work happens in measurement and manufacturing — laser site survey, CNC fabrication in a controlled workshop, and installers used to large flat surfaces. AIC runs two in-house workshops (1,200m² + 600m²), controlling everything from engineered wood to spray finishing, which is how we keep both the schedule and the precision a modern villa demands.

The items that decide quality

Large surfaces must be true

Full-height doors, long wall panelling and big kitchen islands show every millimetre of error. They need laser measurement and CNC workshop fabrication, not on-site cutting.

Cove lighting and shadow gaps

Recessed coves, shadow lines and integrated handles are the language of this style — electrical and joinery must be coordinated at drawing stage, not patched later.

Materials for a hot, humid climate

Large faces use moisture-resistant engineered wood, acrylic or premium laminate; west-facing areas need fade and expansion checked before finalising samples.

Concealed building services

Ducted air-conditioning, motorised curtains and multi-room audio need routing before ceilings close. One missed conduit means reopening finished ceilings.

Loose and fitted furniture in one palette

Imported sofas, tables and lighting must match workshop-made joinery — AIC prepares a single material board for approval before production starts.

Price locked to the signed BOQ

Every item is quantified with clear unit prices. Changes only happen when you change the scope, through a transparent addendum notified in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Modern villa interiors

How much does a modern villa interior cost?

Typical reference range is VND 3.5–7 million per m² of floor area, depending on the joinery ratio, materials and imported loose furniture. Exact figures follow the drawings — AIC returns an itemised BOQ within 4 working hours, locked once signed.

How long does a villa fit-out take?

Usually 8–14 weeks from design sign-off: 2–3 weeks of workshop production in parallel with ceiling, flooring and electrical works on site, then installation and finishing. Occupied villas need extra time for phased works.

Does AIC build to another architect's design?

Yes. We take over existing design documentation — quantify it, flag construction risks in hard-to-build details, and quote each item transparently before signing. Site supervision and QC stay in-house, never subcontracted blindly.

Start with a detailed BOQ.

Send us your floor plan — AIC prepares a detailed BOQ in about 4 working hours, with locked pricing and handover milestones in the contract.
